- 6 times per leg: takes 2 minutes.
- 10 times per leg: takes 3 minutes.
How to do it
- Sit on the Wii Balance Board with your legs in front of you and your knees bent.
- Lean back on your hands. Your palms should be flat on the floor and your elbows bent.
- Keeping your knee bent, lift your right foot.
- Keeping your left foot on the floor, push yourself upwards by straightening your elbows. At the same time, straighten your right leg. Your body and right leg should be parallel to the floor.
- Bend your elbows and your right knee as you lower yourself to the Wii Balance Board.
- Repeat as many times as the level requires.
- Switch to the other side.
Scoring
Your score is based on how well you kept time, that is, how many red bars you lit up for both the right and the left side.
Problems
- Keep your back straight, otherwise you might strain it.
- Keep your movements fluid: don't bounce yourself up and down.
- Make sure that sole of the foot of the leg that you are not lifting is kept firmly on the floor.
