I clicked on a link online that discussed tummy fat and it told of five foods that it says help fight tummy fat. If I can remember them all, they are:
Avocado
Eggs, especially the yolk.
Nuts
Grass fed beef.
Beans, lentils, etc.
I can also promise you from personal experience that eating only fresh fruit in the morning causes you to shed weight. Due to some potassium processing problem I cannot do that anymore. But I wish I could! The more fruit, the more you lose. This might be a good way to combat holiday weight gain; nobody is pushing a fatting breakfast on you!
I am also going back on strictly whole grains. There is nothing like the natural whole foods of the earth to be healthy. And like with grass fed beef, the old ways were best. Industrialization was not good for preventativ health. While recognizing that many modern things are very good to have around, like wii fit and online forums.
