After you do the body test does the machine set up a program for you to do each day or is the trainer
just for showing you how to do the exercises? Is there any way to program a workout manually? Thanks for any help.

You can set up one custom routine under My Routine in My Wii Fit Plus. I wish you could set up more than one! I've used mine for a yoga routine, but it would be nice be able to save severa lroutines for different purposes.

I agree Steph, I wish there were at least two, if not three routines you could set up; not only yoga or strength, but time that you have to spend.

To have more than one routine couldn't you use more than one Mii ? Might not get all the reports but might be helpful ?

OMG, that's brilliant. I will have to try that tomorrow, we have a snow day here in CT, big storm headed our way. Oddly, I'll be playing the Wii Snowball fight inside rather than outside, hope to make a lot of progress tomorrow.
