One thing which really pleased me was that my fitness age when I first tried last week, bearing in mind I didn't know what I was doing
I'm better, not good though, at the rythym parade, the tilt tables, perfect ten and even the rythym kung fu. I did a bit of muscle work, yoga and even managed a shoulder stand, except I cannot get my feet to touch the ground over my head.
PS I just noticed the 'shoulder stand not for beginners' thread !
I've also unlocked a few more reps in the muscle section. WEight back down again after 1 pound up.
