new to Wii fit

Hi,
I'm new to the Wii and wii fit. I'm enjoying doing it but find it frustrating to keep stopping and load up another yoga position. Is there anyway to actually set up doing them all, one after the other as a rountine?
Many Thanks.

Hi there, unfortunately that is one of the big bugbears of most people with Wii Fit, the lack of structured routines.

Personally I just work through them in order, they seem to be ordered by approximate difficulty, and it makes a reasonable yoga session. As someone who used to do a lot of yoga, I find doing them on the Wii Fit to be quite a help, it's nice to have an independent assessment of how good (or bad!) my balance is.

You might want to upgrade to the Wii Fit Plus -- it has a "my routine" section where you can pick and choose which exercises you want to do and it will give it out to you in that order, one after the other.

I think you have to have the Balance board with the Fit Plus though.

Just to clarify: Wii Fit Plus works just fine with the Balance Board from Wii Fit. There has been no change to the hardware.

If you already have Wii Fit, you can just get the disk of Wii Fit Plus, not the full kit.

Nintendo have confused a lot of people by calling it Wii Fit Plus. The Wii Motion Plus *is* new hardware, but is not needed for Wii Fit Plus.
