More cycling games!

I would really like more cycling games. Races would be nice. I know they have something like this in Wii Sports Resort, but it doesn't use the balance board.

What would also be great would be something where one could set up one's own course of flags or ballons and share them with friends. Think how much fun it could be, hiding the ballons and then letting other people on this forum try to find them and try to get through the new course in the least amount of time! :D

And, for those who like a bit of violence, how about a bike game where one can run down Miis. I find annoying those Miis standing there clapping when I'm cycling. Why are they just standing there? Why aren't they working out? At the very least, it would be fun to make them run away and chase them around. But they let the obstacle course squash one's Mii, so why not allow the bike to squish the other Miis? All in the name of exercise, of course. ;)

I am with you on those ideas, la_joggeuse - I think I enjoy the cycling the best.

I would probably like the running better if they offered a "free run" there.

I am already eagerly awaiting a new release of WiiFit Plus!

Wii Sports Resort has bike races against other bikes driven by the computer or you can play with friends. Only problem is you "ride" your bike by waving the controller and nunchuk up and down rather than using the balance board. It's fun, you can crash into people or push them off cliffs but not a lot of exercise.

I play it with hubby sometimes but he gets frustrated because I know the island like the back of my hand so I know where all the hills and turns are.

Yes, that sounds like great fun. 8-)

Go to the city of Vienna and you have to jump away from a lot (not all) of bicycler's. :o

I like the idea of cycling through other places like Paris etc, but what I really crave, is a night time beach or town ride, with a starry sky, and the bridge and houses all lit up.

The Mii's do sometimes get in my way with their enthusiastic jumping and clapping. If I'm hacking it along the path, I shout at the screen to them 'get out of my way' and watch them scatter as I hurtle through. But they are very forgiving and do generally turn up again to cheer and clap. [my mii got obstacle course squished too once...grim!]

In Wiii Sports Resort you can fly at night over the beach, even land if you wish. The sky is beautiful and there are often fireworks to watch.

There's a lovely video of it on Youtube, the artwork is beautiful as you say.
