I've found there's so many different ways to approach a WiiFit Plus workout that I never get bored. I'm on almost every day & try to do at 30 minutes - sometimes it's more. Sometimes I'll go into "My WiiFit Plus" and set up a routine where "they" pick the exercises. Sometimes I'll do my own saved routine. I haven't taken advantage of the "frequently" menu yet.
Most often I just pick what sounds interesting or "doable" to me for the particular mood I'm in. Currently I'm being a bit systematic & doing all the exercises/games from one category each day - the first time through I'll do beginner levels & bump it up to the next level the next time I come around to that category.
I've never been bored, I'm always being challenged, I get a good sweat & I look forward to it every day. I do wish there were more choices in the Aerobics section & while the Free Step gives you plenty of time, it's not terribly interesting & I don't particularly like running in place so I imagine I'll dump those eventually & stick to biking in the Training Plus section.
