How does Wii Fit score some of the muscle exercises?

I can't work out how Wii Fit scores some of the muscle exercises. For example, I always score very, very well (90 or 100%). Does anyone understand how these exercises are scored?

I am confused as well - for some exercises when you know you haven't done too well, you seem to get between 80 and 100!

Who knows how they calculate your score, but as long as that male trainer is there to tell me it, then its all fine with me!

For the push-up and jack-knife exercises, you have weight on the balance board that changes as you do each rep, (you life your feet off the board for the jack-knife and you press against the board as you do a push-up). As long as you time your repetitions in sinc with the timing of the game, it will give you a perfect score almost every time.

A majority of the strength training exercises have you balance on one leg. In those cases, its just a matter of keeping your balance the best you can.

The only exercise I can't figure out is the rowing-squat... the game tells me to keep the red dot in the blue area, which is on the very back of the balance board. i have to practically stand on my heels the entire time in order to score a rep. Does anyone know if they are going to fix that?

I love the fact that I keep getting good scores on some of the workouts and a message saying that I am obviously no stranger to exercise. If only they knew!

But I have managed to score 100 on the rowing squat. At first I was hopeless but you have to tuck your stomach right in and down somehow - hard to explain - and you can then stay in the blue area .
