I found this forum today, great!! I have had Wii Fit Plus for 3 weeks, and I love it. Especially since my body is very broken (2 bad feet, 1 bad hip, bad back, 1 bad shoulder and 1 bad elbow). That means that a regular gym doesn't work too good for me. There's always something I can't do. So I have been walking a lot, when my feet and hip allows it, but now in the winter it's not so funny. A colleague told me to get Wii Fit Plus (I didn't have the console either, so I bought it all). AND I LOVE IT!! I only do the things that my body allows me to, so no yoga or muscle excercises. But I play the games about 30-90 mins a day. Better than nothing!! I hope I can get a lot of tips and tricks in the forum, to make the games funnier.

Welcome Lena,

You're in good company with your joint troubles. There are many here in the same boat, myself included. Loving the activity the Wii allows! I'm sure you'll find lots of great ideas and suggestions here. I've only been here about a month myself, but I love all the support and camraderie I'm getting.

Enjoy!

I already love it. Now I try to get people to come visit me, so my Wii Plaza wont be so lonely. As I live by myself it's only me and my cat there. But on March 17 my brother will stay over night, and as he never tried Wii Fit Plus I have promised him a full night of it. As he visits very rarely he probably wont use his Mii more than once, but I will have company on the Plaza... :D

You can make a Mii for your cat too! I have one for my dog, and he hangs out on the Plaza with me. :D

Welcome Lena. There is a Wii Fit Forum Wiki on the main page with a lot of tips and tricks.

Your brother's Mii will keep you company in many of the games so even if he doesn't visit, he will be with you on the Wii Fit :D
