I am obese (there, I've said it) and I've recently treated myself to a Wii balance board and Wii Fit Plus. So far I've been working up from 20 mins activity a day to over 30 - 45 mins (I am seriously obese so this is a big deal for me) .
I am quite enjoying myself so far, my main problem will be boredom though but there seems to be so many activitie I haven't even looked at yet so hopefully I will be kept amused for some time
I just love the rythmn boxing, steps and a few of the odd games like snowball fight and ski jump. So I am mainly rtying to concentrate on the aerobic stuff.
So, here goes, I'll check in regularly to bore you all with my witterings!
