I have not got a clue what you are trying to say. Are you using some sort of translator like Methusalem? Maybe this is just spam?

This posting isn't spam however does not bring great new information.
To much thinking of food while doing a diet is always a problem. The only coherence to Wii Fit is that the training will help people to keep thinking on other things. The moderate moving as well doing some effortless callisthenics also will reduce the blood sugar level gently.
I most use an automatic translator so the text can be exotic.

I agree Methusalem .

I have found that if I have any "spare" time, I usually try to do something to be active. I use Wii Fit and EA Sports to FILL those times that I might otherwise be looking through cupboards or the refrigerator and eating something that I would regret later.
