Hi all
I am a new wii fit user and have found that some of the strength training and yoga exercises eg jackknife and that sideways press up thingy are just too hard (I am determined to manage it some day !!!) and am really concerned about hurting my back (esp. jacknife) - my back has never been great (mainly due to big boobs!) and a broken ankle, broken foot and baby later its not soo brilliant. Does anyone know of a good resource to show you safe & easy alternatives until I get the strength up to go for the real thing?
