http://www.vertex42.com/ExcelTemplates/ ... -chart.gifYou can just look up your height and weight and find your BMI that way. I don't go by the Wii version. I've found it too unreliable. I also no longer weigh in on Wii for the same reason. I'm doing Weight watchers, and I weigh in at my meetings once a week. I don't check my weight during the intervening week because it just fluctuates too much and can be self-sabotaging. No matter where you weigh in, best to keep it at once a week.
My current BMI is 26 according to the chart. My doctor wants it down to 23, but I think that weight may not be realistic at my age. My personal goal is a BMI of 24, which is still in the "healthy" range. Once I get that, I'll worry then about whether or not to try for 23.
I've lost 9 pounds since December. Slow and steady.....
