I'm loving my Wii Fit. Back lifting weights and swimming so it's not all Wii, but this thing sure helps.

Good job! Keep it up.

I talked with my homeopath today about my current problems, and the remedy he picked (the remedies work on the whole person) he said may help me lose weight!!! I am so excited, because it is really hard for me to lose.

Wow your doing a great job on the wii, although you are doing other physical activities to tie it in with. I have lost 14 lbs. since December 16th, so I am also benefiting from this great system. This site also helps give encouragement with the workout and struggle, how much weight are you aiming to lose? I am aiming at 130 lbs., which is a total loss of 35 lbs. for me. Keep up the great work! :)

I'm hoping to dump 70 pounds in all by August. We have a Colorado hiking vacation planned and I don't want to be dragging all that excess baggage around. 180 was a great weight for me back in the day.

That's a great motivation, I'm sure. You are doing well to drop 19 lb. that fast. Good for you.

I lose very slowly, but at least I am losing. I'm down 6 lbs. now since I started here in about October. I'm happy with that, since I gain easily and I figure I can count all the weight I would have gained but didn't! :D I need more time for exercise, but oh well, it just isn't there.

Not too bad for two months shy of 62.

My weight has been down as much as 10 pounds, but sometimes creeps back up. Lately though all of my jeans are getting pretty loose. I want to try to loose a bit more before I go on a shopping trip though, trying to find an old pair of jeans down one size that I might not have gotten around to donating.

mtbone you're making me jealous :!: I want BIG pants too :D

Ha, Ha, That is my new mantra. I have lost 16 pounds since Christmas and want to lose at least another 15 to 20 before summer.

The pants I am wearing now fit quite nicely right now but my goal is that they are my BIG pants come summer.

I can do it - yes, I can!

You guys and gals make me jealous. I haven't missed a day in 90 days and my weight has actually gone up even though I sweat at this workout everyday almost. I don't think I eat that much and actually eat quite healthy. I have cut out any alcohol and reduced snacks to mainly fruits though I do admit to an ocassional cheat (you know by not that I can't resist a cheat :D ) I swear my gut is growing not shrinking, (if I was pregnant I could believe this - but I'm a old guy) Good thing this is fun !!!
Time to cut the grass and play golf in Nova Scotia
